LG Auto Tours respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data.

Information We Collect

We collect personal information you provide when booking tours or submitting enquiries: name, email, phone number, emergency contact, driver's licence details (including International Driver's Licence status), and booking preferences. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

How We Use It

We use your information to process bookings, send confirmations, verify driver eligibility (minimum age 21, valid International Driver's Licence), issue pre-tour welcome and participation packages, deliver the tour experience, and respond to enquiries. We may occasionally contact you about future tours unless you opt out.

Sharing

We share the minimum booking details required with our established local operators in Japan to deliver your experience — fleet supplier, circuit access, accommodation and transfers. Operator names are kept private and provided to confirmed guests as part of the pre-tour briefing. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Payment & Deposits

All payments — deposits and full-tour payments — are processed by Stripe. We receive a transaction reference and the amount paid; we do not receive or store your card details. Deposit amounts are stated on the booking page and secure your spot subject to our Refund Policy.
